CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
HipBrandy's cancellation policy seeks to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts our support team through their account on our website, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a customer support cancellation policy may be processed.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT CANCELLATION POLICY
A customer may request an order cancellation by contacting our support team, but we can’t guarantee every order once initiated can be canceled if already in progress.In case of partial delivery if we are able to stop the service, we will cancel the order and refund it to your balance as follows: the amount of the service units already delivered will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. In case of full delivery, no refund will be made.
ERROR CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of any reason we failed to deliver the product as ordered, we will be automatically refund the item's remaining amount to your account balance.
ABUSE OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers chargebacks or disputes requested directly via PayPal or credit card company/bank will result an immediate termination of the customer's account. Customers requesting serial or repeated cancellations may result an immediate termination of the customer's account. Please contact our customer support team from your account for any issue.
DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY
Any UNUSED funds from deposits in the customer’s account on our website can be refunded back to the original form of payment at the customer’s request when contacting our support team. These requests must be made within 6 months of the original deposit to receive a refund back to the original form of payment.

This cancellation and refund policy is part of, and incorporated within, our Terms of Service. As a condition of registering with us and using our site and services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand this cancellation and refund policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this cancellation and refund policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of our website and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.
